POWER BI- Drillthrough And Tooltip

DRILLTHROUGH IN POWER BI:-
- Drillthrough focuses on getting page details.
- By using Drillthrough, We can go to the one page to another page.
- EXAMPLE:-
- When I click on the visualization component it goes to another page i.e. Report Page to Data Page.
- First, we add column names in drill through.
- Then automatically creates a button i.e. Back button.
- When we CTRL + Click on button then go back to the previous page.
- Also, we can right-click on the visualization component. Goto Drillthrough option and select the page which wants to show. i.e. Data Page.
- After that opens the Data page.
TOOLTIP IN POWER BI:-
- When I hover the mouse on the visualization component then show the detail.
- First, add the page by clicking the + button and that page.
- I will refer to the Data page.
- On Data Page, Goto Format → Page size →Type.
- Select the Tooltip option.
- Then Goto view tab, Click on page view and select the Actual Size.
- Tooltip option enables in Page Information.
- After that select the visualization component and go to the Format option.
- The format option enables the tooltip option as well as selects the Type and Page.
- Goto Data Page → Field → Then select Tooltip which is required for page.
- Then go to the main page which will the hover mouse and shows the detail.
- On the Report page, Goto Format option → Enable the Tooltip
- In Tooltip dropdown menu for Type and Page.
- Select Type is a Report page and Page is Data Page.
- The field option automatically gets the Data page.
- After that, When I hover the mouse on the visualization component then show the detail.
